On the occasion of the 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris, the Royal Mint will issue a silver coin commemorating the participation of the Spanish Olympic Team.
The reverse features an image of a gymnast on a background of rhythmic gymnastic ribbons. The upper right-hand side of the coin bears the logo of the Spanish Olympic Committee.
The obverse shows the portrait of His Majesty King Felipe VI. The image of the King has changed with respect to previous years, showing a modern image.

SPANISH OLYMPIC TEAM 2024 - 8 REALES
The 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris promises to be a spectacular event, bringing together athletes from all over the world, and the French capital will host the sporting event from 26 July to 11 August.
Paris, which previously hosted the Games in 1900 and 1924, is preparing to offer an unforgettable experience, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.around 10 500 athletes are expected to participate in 329 events across 32 sports.
The Games will also include for the first time breaking an urban dance style. The Opening Ceremony will be held along the Seine River, a unique setting that will enhance the magic of this global event.
