The Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre issues a collection of 16 coins dedicated to the "Castles of the World". It has been difficult to make the selection, bearing in mind that there are more than 10,000 castles registered in Spain alone, so we have relied on the collaboration of the Spanish Association of Friends of the Castles to choose the right castles to represent.

This collection reproduces a selection of castles that, for one reason or another, have been relevant throughout their history.

The collection is presented in an album-case, which includes the 16 coins and a booklet with information on the castles reproduced in the pieces, in Spanish and English.
