This collection consists of circulating coins in 2019, coined the traditional way, with specially treated coin blanks and dies for maximum quality, proof quality, presented in a limited edition of 2,000 units.
This year the collection is accompanied by the commemorative coin of 2 euros, dedicated to the historic center of Ávila and its extramural churches,which has earned the title of World Heritage Site. On the obverse an image shows an image of the wall of Ávila.
This is the tenth currency in the annual series dedicated to sites in Spain included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

EUROSET PROOF 2019
The historic center of Ávila was declared a Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 1985, considering that Ávila is an outstanding example of a fortified city of the Middle Ages, as its walls are totally intact.
The density of religious and secular monuments, both intra and extra-walls, makes it an urban group of exceptional value.
